When to take it
Base Camp is not placed by the count. Swap it in for any stage you drink from a hydration bladder, one stick to 16 to 20 fl oz of water. In a Season Box you can swap any month's sticks for Base Camp.
400 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium and 50 mg of magnesium, with B6 and B12, and 0 g sugar. No flavor, so nothing lingers in the bladder or the hose and there is no sweet film to rinse out at home.
Water still does most of the work. On a short, cool walk, leave the stick at home.
